Your offsite, with the estate to yourselves
One hour from Paris by the A5, twenty minutes from Fontainebleau. A 240 m² room in daylight, up to 200 seated or 300 standing, and beds for 45 if the day runs into two.
Five centuries of gatherings
An hour from Paris.
Nothing like the office.
The house went up in the 1500s, and it has been bringing people together ever since. Your group has the run of 23 hectares (57 acres) of walled grounds. Half a day, a full day or an evening.
Jérôme and Julien run the estate themselves. They both speak English. The person who picks up the phone is the one who will price your dates.

What you are working with
Everything the day runs on
A 240 m² room that changes shape
Full daylight, and nothing fixed in it. Theatre for the plenary, U-shape or cabaret for the workshops, long tables for the gala dinner, open floor for an exhibition.
200 seated, 300 standing
Rooms run from 60 to 240 m². The plenary sits in the biggest one and the breakout groups take the others, so nobody waits for a room to clear.
Projection and sound, already here
Video projection, a sound system and the technical kit a plenary or a conference needs. All of it stays here, so nothing has to travel with your team.
One company on site
The grounds are walled and there is no way through them. What gets discussed here is heard by the people you brought, and by nobody else.
Beds for 45
Timber lodges in the grounds and a dormitory sleep 45 between them. The second day starts on site instead of on the road.
Food built around the day
Coffee breaks, a standing lunch, fine dining in the evening. The caterer we work with puts the menu together once the shape of the day is settled.

Company parties
The floodlights come on at dusk, and the evening stops feeling like work.
Team building and incentives
57 acres for the afternoon,
and Fontainebleau twenty minutes away
The partners we work with run the activities, in the grounds or a few minutes from the gates. There is enough here for an afternoon.

Common questions
The answers your manager will want
How many people fit in the main room?
The main room is 240 m² and takes 200 people seated or 300 standing. Smaller rooms from 60 m² hold the breakout groups, so a plenary and its workshops run at the same time without anyone moving venue.
Can the group stay the night?
Yes. There are 45 beds on the estate, in timber lodges and a dormitory, and extra tents can go up in the grounds. A two-day offsite runs without a hotel and without a drive at the end of the evening.
Will another event be running at the same time?
No. The estate takes one group at a time, so you will not be sharing the car park, the rooms or the grounds with another company.
How do we get there from Paris?
The estate is at Marolles-sur-Seine, beside exit 18 of the A5 motorway (signposted “Sortie 18”), about an hour from Paris and twenty minutes from Fontainebleau. There is a car park inside the grounds.
